1990 - Law Office of Todorova established in Sofia.

1997 - The managing partner Pavlina Todorova joined the partners of Niesar & Diamond LLP, San Francisco (http://www.ndlaw.com/) in establishment of the first  American-Bulgarian legal affiliate in Sofia.

2000 - Svetla Konstantinova and Liliana Maslarova joined Niesar, Diamond LLP & Todorova Law Offices -Business Banking Corporate Environmental Legal Counsultancy (BBCELC) as partners.

2002 - Iskra Doncheva, Magdalena Atanasova and Hristo Stefanov joined the firm as new partners.
